Most projects can start with a drawing, CAD model, sample photo or application requirement. You do not need every manufacturing detail finalized before contacting us.
PROJECT ROUTE
Share drawings, CAD files, photos, known material information and estimated quantity.
We review geometry, material, bends, holes, welding, finish, assembly interfaces and critical requirements.
Once requirements are understood, quotation and sampling requirements can be prepared.
Approved requirements are transferred into production and relevant features are inspected at defined stages.
Final dimensions, appearance, quantity and packaging are checked before shipment.
MANUFACTURING PROCESS MATRIX
QUALITY CONTROL
Incoming materials, first pieces, in-process features, welding, finish and packing are checked according to the risks and acceptance requirements of each project.
