We use this information to evaluate manufacturability, prepare quotations, answer questions, coordinate samples and production, provide after-sales support, prevent spam, and maintain website and information security. 4. Drawings, Photos and Attachments
Engineering files and project materials you submit are used only for quotation, technical review and subsequent project communication. Internal access is limited according to business need. If required, an agreed non-disclosure agreement can be signed before confidential materials are sent.
Please do not submit content that is unlawful to transmit, sensitive personal information about third parties, or intellectual property you are not authorized to disclose.
6. Retention and Security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to complete quotations, transactions, after-sales support, dispute handling and legal obligations, after which it is deleted, anonymized or securely archived. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, although no internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
