RFQ FAQ
We accept PDF, DWG, DXF, STEP / STP, IGES / IGS, SolidWorks, JPG / PNG, Excel and ZIP files. When possible, include a viewable PDF together with measurable 2D or 3D source files. Large files may be sent by email or a file-sharing link.
Yes. Sketches, sample photos, similar-product images or application notes are enough for an initial discussion. Please include the application, key dimensions, preferred material, estimated quantity and use environment where available; we will identify the remaining specifications after review.
The most useful information includes drawings with key dimensions and tolerances, material and thickness, surface finish, order quantity, estimated annual demand, target delivery time, destination country, and any packaging or inspection requirements. Enter “Not sure” where a specification is still open.
Yes. We can review and sign a reasonable NDA before receiving confidential project files. Send the draft through the form or by email. Project drawings and information are used only for quotation and manufacturability evaluation.
Availability depends on part structure, tooling requirements and the selected process. We normally confirm the drawing and process first, then arrange a prototype or first-article check before pilot or batch production. Any dedicated tooling, fixtures or minimum order requirements will be stated separately in the quotation.
We normally confirm receipt and provide an initial response within one business day. Formal quotation timing depends on part complexity, information completeness, tooling and outsourced finishing. If clarification is needed, we will first send a question list and an estimated quotation schedule.
