Sheet Laser Cutting
Precise blanking for sheet outlines, holes, slots and custom-shaped structures.
Processing Capabilities
From raw material blanking, bending, hole processing, welding and assembly to surface finishing, we manufacture custom sheet metal, tube and structural metal parts according to drawings, samples and actual application requirements.
01 Cutting & Blanking
According to material form, part size and structural requirements, we cut sheet metal, tubes and profiles into accurate base parts for bending, welding and assembly.

Precise blanking for sheet outlines, holes, slots and custom-shaped structures.

Cut round, square, rectangular and other tubes to required length.

Control part length according to drawings for tubes, profiles, bars and batch blanking.

Cut angled ends, miters and tube-end structures for frame joints.

Cut curves, notches, clearance positions and irregular profiles according to part shape.

Optimize nesting by part shape and material size to improve material use and batch consistency.
02 Bending & Forming
Sheet metal and tubes are bent, curved and locally formed according to part structure, assembly space and load requirements.

Form L, U, Z and other common angled sheet metal structures.

Create boxes, channels, brackets and complex 3D structures through multiple bends.

Reinforce sheet edges, improve safety and support assembly positioning.

For handles, supports, guardrails, frames and curved tube parts.

For equipment frames, furniture structures, fitness equipment and outdoor supports.

Flatten, press-bend or form connection faces at tube ends or local positions.

Correct angles, flatness or overall structure after processing.
03 Punching & Hole Processing
We process holes in different shapes, sizes and patterns for mounting, connection, adjustment and positioning.

For bolt mounting, pin connections, wiring and general assembly.

For mounting adjustment, assembly compensation and sliding connections.

Non-round holes for connectors, clips or special mounting structures.

Mounting, connection and positioning holes on round, square and rectangular tubes.

For hidden screw heads, flush surfaces and special fastening structures.

Internal threaded holes for direct screw installation.

Process equally spaced holes, adjustment holes and multi-hole mounting patterns.
04 Welding & Assembly
According to product structure and use requirements, we weld, connect and assemble sheet parts, tubes, brackets and fasteners.

For thin sheet positioning, local joining and pre-fixing multi-part structures.

For continuous connections, structural support and stronger joints.

For frames, handles, supports and tubular structures.

For tube-to-plate, base, tab and bracket structures.

Weld nuts, studs and other mounting fasteners at specified positions.

Weld equipment frames, furniture frames, racks and other support structures.

Support rivets, clinch nuts, screws and other mechanical connections.

Check hole positions, connection points and fit with mating parts.
05 Surface Finishing
Surface finishing is selected according to material, application environment, appearance and corrosion-resistance requirements, and should be confirmed by part material, size and structure.

Provides surface coverage, corrosion resistance and wear resistance with color and texture options.

For metal parts requiring color, appearance or basic protection.

Improves rust and corrosion resistance for steel parts.

Improves metal appearance, wear resistance and corrosion protection.

For aluminum parts, improving protection and providing color options.

For complex steel parts, forming a relatively uniform protective coating.

Improves surface smoothness and appearance for stainless steel, aluminum and other materials.

Blackening, passivation, sandblasting and other options can be evaluated by material and use.
Custom Order Process
Quality Control
From material confirmation and first-piece inspection to finished-part assembly and packaging, we check key dimensions and process stages according to drawing requirements to reduce batch variation and assembly risk.
Check material grade, thickness, specification and surface condition to confirm incoming material matches drawings and order requirements.
Start batch production after first-piece approval, with ongoing sampling checks for cutting, punching, bending, welding and other key processes.
Check critical dimensions, tolerances, flatness and structural fit; use fixtures or trial assembly when needed.
Confirm appearance, quantity, labels and packaging method, with scratch, rust and transport protection based on part structure.
