DRAWING-BASED CUSTOM MANUFACTURING
Custom Welded Frames & Structural Assemblies
We customize welded frames and support structures based on drawings, samples, or on-site installation requirements. Tube, plate, and profile structures can be welded in combination, with custom frame dimensions, connection holes, reinforcement, surface finish, and packaging.

ENGINEERING REVIEW
What We Review Before Producing a Welded Frame
Share the information you know. Open items can be identified during the initial manufacturability review.
Welded-frame review begins with datums, overall geometry, material sections and joint design. Fixture strategy and welding sequence are considered with squareness, flatness, mounting interfaces and distortion-sensitive areas so inspection references remain clear. If other parts will be installed on the frame, identify locating points, access directions, trial-fit requirements and finish or packing protection zones. These details guide cutting, fit-up, fixturing, welding, trial assembly, finishing and final interface inspection.

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Can you manufacture welded frames from drawings?
Yes. Drawings should identify overall dimensions, material sections, joints, datums, mounting interfaces and critical acceptance requirements where available.
How are welding distortion and repeatability reviewed?
Joint design, fixture strategy, welding sequence, heat input, datums and post-weld inspection are reviewed together.
Can trial assembly be included?
Trial assembly can be reviewed where mating parts, fixtures or defined interface checks are available.
