ENGINEERING REVIEW
What We Review Before Manufacturing a Custom Bracket
Share the information you know. Open items can be identified during the initial manufacturability review.
Bracket review starts from the mounting datum and the relationship between holes, bends and mating parts. We also compare material thickness, edge distances, reinforcement details, weld access and finish zones so the manufacturing route follows the drawing. If the bracket belongs to a larger assembly, identify the fixed interface, adjustment direction, fastener access and surfaces that must remain clear. These details help define cutting, bending, welding, hardware installation and inspection points before production.
- Material and thickness
- Hole size and position
- Bend geometry
- Assembly interfaces
- Welded reinforcement
- Surface finish
MANUFACTURING ROUTE
Manufacturing Route
The route is selected around the drawing, material, geometry, interfaces and acceptance requirements.

- 02Cutting and hole processing
- 03Bending and reinforcement
- 04Finishing
- 05Interface and final inspection
PRODUCT-SPECIFIC QUALITY
Quality Checks for Metal Brackets & Mounting Parts
Inspection points are defined from the drawing and project requirements.
- Critical dimensions
- Hole patterns
- Bend angles

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Can you manufacture brackets from a drawing?
Yes. A 2D drawing, 3D model, sample photo or application requirement can start the review. Dimensions and mounting interfaces should be identified where available.
Which bracket details should be shown?
Show material, thickness, hole size and position, bend geometry, mating interfaces, finish and estimated quantity where known.
Can you support prototypes and repeat production?
Supply can be reviewed from prototype requirements through repeat production after the drawing and acceptance requirements are confirmed.
